Email support@getparallelhq.com for account help, billing issues, safety concerns, privacy requests, or App Store review follow-up.
You can delete your account directly inside the app from Profile → Delete Account. If you cannot access the app, email support and we will help verify and process the request.
On iPhone or iPad, open Profile → Billing & Credits → Restore Purchases to sync prior App Store purchases back to your account.
Managing or canceling an App Store subscription happens through Apple. The in-app billing screen also includes Manage Subscription for that path.
If a companion response concerns you, or if you see content that appears to violate our policy, email support@getparallelhq.com with the word Safety in the subject line and include any relevant companion name, screenshot, or timestamp.
App Store subscriptions, credit packs, and call-minute packs purchased on iOS are handled by Apple. Refund requests for those purchases should be submitted through Apple.
Web purchases are handled through Stripe and reviewed through our support process and applicable law.
